  • We agree on a direction and a format. You’ll leave with a clear next step
You set the pace. You can pause or stop a topic at any time
No pressure, no pushing through pain. You stay in control of the process
If appropriate, I may suggest coordinated care with a psychiatrist
How I can help
  • Migration, relocation, and adjustment after difficult experiences
I’ve moved, and I feel out of place

In therapy: We identify what’s driving the stress, strengthen your support system, build coping and self-regulation skills, and map out practical steps for settling in.
Outcome: Greater day-to-day stability, reduced anxiety, and a clearer sense of direction.
  • Trauma and abuse
After what happened, I feel like I lost a part of myself.

In therapy: We focus on stabilisation and making symptoms more manageable → identify and work with triggers → carefully process the experience at a pace that feels safe and agreed.
Outcome: Less emotional pain and distress, more control over your reactions, less avoidance, and fewer sudden unwanted responses.
  • Relationships and family patterns
I don’t feel like I can be myself in relationships

In therapy: We identify repeating dynamics, strengthen boundaries, develop skills for stable connection, and support safe exit from harmful relationships when appropriate.
Outcome: Stronger boundaries, fewer recurring destructive conflicts, less relationship anxiety, and more personal autonomy.
  • Самостоятельность и деньги
Feeling like I’m always short on money

In therapy: We work with the beliefs and inner conflicts that keep you stuck, build a steadier sense of self-support, and turn goals into sustainable actions. We also look at what’s getting in the way of earning and what options fit your situation best.
Outcome: More clarity and agency, less self-sabotage, and growing independence.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • I don’t have a clear issue or goal. Can I still come?
Yes. You don’t need a perfectly formulated request. In the first session we clarify what feels most pressing and shape it into a workable focus and next steps.
  • What if I feel worse after starting therapy?
Sometimes difficult feelings become more noticeable when we begin paying attention to them. That doesn’t mean therapy is harming you — it often means we’re finally approaching what has been affecting you for a long time. We go at a safe pace, and we can slow down or pause at any time.
  • How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your situation and goals. Some people feel meaningful relief within a few weeks; deeper work can take months. We’ll review progress regularly and adjust the plan.
  • I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help. What then?
That happens. Therapy is also about finding a good match and the right approach. If I believe I’m not the right specialist for your needs, I will tell you and recommend other options.
  • I feel ashamed or scared to talk about violence
This is a very common reaction. We don’t force disclosure. I work with non-directive, trauma-informed approaches aimed at safety and avoiding retraumatisation. You stay in control of what we talk about and how fast we go.
  • How do you work with migration/relocation stress?
We focus on adaptation and rebuilding a sense of stability and belonging. We explore what you’ve lost, what you’re carrying with you, and how to integrate these parts into your life where you are now.
  • Does online therapy really work?
Yes. Online counselling can be effective. What matters most is a safe therapeutic relationship, a clear structure, and consistency. We’ll choose a format that fits your situation.
  • What don’t you work with?
I don’t work with psychosis or schizophrenia-spectrum conditions. I don’t provide couples therapy. I don’t offer religious counselling.
  • What about cancellations and rescheduling?
If you let me know more than 24 hours in advance, rescheduling is fine.
  • Confidentiality: what is recorded and where?
Confidentiality is a core principle. I don’t share identifying details. In supervision, I may discuss a case in a way that does not include personal data. You choose what to share, and we keep your information private.
